1. 本软件是一款基于开源技术架构开发的多端本地音频播放器工具，主要功能为本地音频文件解码播放、音频 DSP 均衡器调音以及用户界面的可视化交互。
2. 本软件遵守“技术中立原则”。本软件本身**不提供、不上传、不转码、不存储、不分发、不出售任何受版权保护的音乐、音频或视频文件**，亦未在任何服务器上建立与音视频媒体文件相关的云端数据库。

### 2. 音频数据流与第三方内容来源声明
1. 本软件内的在线搜索检索、歌词同步与在线试听等功能，其底层数据全部来源于互联网公开开放接口（API）或由用户个人自主开发、配置、导入的第三方音源扩展脚本（User Scripts）。
2. 在试听或播放过程中，所有的音频数据流均是由第三方服务节点或公开 CDN 直接传输至用户的本地客户端设备进行缓冲播放，本项目服务器不进行任何形式的数据中转、缓存或拦截。
3. 任何通过本软件所展示或检索到的歌曲名称、歌手信息、专辑名称、封面图片、歌词文本以及音视频流，其知识产权与著作权均严格归属于其对应的原创作者、唱片公司或合法版权持有方。

### 3. 非商业与纯学术研究声明
1. 本软件为纯粹的开源、公益、非商业性技术研究项目，**永久完全免费，不存在任何形式的商业收费、会员付费、打赏、内购或强制商业广告投放行为**。
2. 本项目的源代码仅供技术爱好者用于现代跨平台架构开发（React / Vite / Tauri / ArkWeb / Web Audio API）的技术交流、个人学术探索与网络通信协议学习。
3. 请使用者树立正版版权保护意识，支持正版音乐产业发展。任何通过网络公开接口临时缓冲的音视频数据，仅供个人技术测试使用，**请于测试试听完成后 24 小时内自行从本地设备彻底删除**。

### 4. 使用者行为约束与责任限制
1. 使用者在遵守当地法律法规的前提下方可使用本软件。严禁将本软件用于任何形式的商业运营、营利性分发、版权侵权或违反相关法律法规的活动。
2. 若使用者利用本软件导入非授权的第三方音源扩展、批量下载受版权保护的内容、或进行二次非法传播，由此引发的一切版权争议、侵权纠纷或法律责任，**均由使用者自行完全承担**，本项目及所有代码贡献者概不承担任何直接、间接或连带责任。

### 5. 避风港原则与 DMCA / 侵权申诉下架政策 (Notice & Takedown)
本项目高度尊重并切实保护知识产权，严格恪守国际“避风港原则”及《信息网络传播权保护条例》。
如果任何个人、机构或版权持有方认为本项目的代码、文档、默认示例或规则侵犯了您的合法权益，请按照以下流程提出书面侵权申诉：

### 1. Nature of the Software & Principle of Technological Neutrality
1. MUSE.AUDIO (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") is an open-source, multi-platform local audio player designed for audio decoding, DSP equalization, and graphical visualization.
2. The Software strictly adheres to the principle of technological neutrality. The Software **does NOT host, upload, transcode, store, distribute, or sell any copyrighted music, audio, or video files**, nor does it operate any cloud databases containing media assets.

### 2. Source of Audio Data Streams & Third-Party Content
1. All search results, online playback, lyrics, and metadata displayed within the Software are sourced either directly from publicly accessible third-party APIs or via user-installed third-party source scripts.
2. Media streaming occurs strictly between public CDN endpoints and the user's local device. The developer does not operate proxy servers to intermediate, capture, or store media files.
3. All copyrights, trademarks, lyrics, album artworks, and sound recordings belong exclusively to their respective copyright holders and publishers.

### 3. Non-Commercial & Educational Research Declaration
1. The Software is entirely open-source, free of charge, non-commercial, and contains no advertisements, subscriptions, or monetization mechanisms.
2. The codebase is distributed solely for personal educational study, software architecture research (React, Tauri, Web Audio API), and technical communication.
3. Users are strongly encouraged to purchase and support official music services. Any temporary stream buffering should be used exclusively for testing purposes and removed from local storage within 24 hours.

### 4. Limitation of Liability & User Responsibility
1. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Software complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
2. Any infringement, commercial misuse, or unauthorized distribution arising from custom user scripts or downloaded materials is the sole responsibility of the user. The developers and contributors disclaim any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

### 5. DMCA / Notice & Takedown Policy
The project respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are a copyright owner and believe that any content or script included in this repository infringes upon your rights, please submit a written notification including proof of ownership to:
